A Chef, Educator, and Entrepeneur. David has worked at Nobu Waikiki, Sheraton Waikiki, Executive Sous Chef at Vintage Cave, Chef de Cuisine of the beachhouse at the Moana, Executive Chef of Alohilani Resort, Chef Instructor at KCC, and Owner/Operator of Slice by HB Baking.
With a robust culinary career spanning 2 decades, Sean will be taking the helm of the kitchen. A seasoned veteran of the industry, Sean has worked at many accomplished restaurants including Alan Wong’s, Top of Waikiki, and Mister Jiu’s.
An epicure of wine and service and Advanced Sommelier, Sang has worked at many esteemed restaurants including Vintage Cave, Mourad, Basalt, and the Pacific Club. He will be consulting on service and beverage program.
